This page will give shareholders general information about the company. As a shareholder, you will receive mailings that will not be published on this website.
Our preferred method of communication is by email, because of the cost, but all official correspondence (AGM papers) will be posted to the primary shareholder's address unless we have been given your permission to email them.

Following our 2009 AGM on Saturday 28th November 2009 our board of directors are
Richard Body, Mary Cohen, Maggie Cole, Will Griffin, Paul Hopewell, Esther Jones, and Sean Whewell.

Richard, Mary and Paul were all voted onto the board unanimous at the 2009 AGM.

The financial accounts were not ready for the AGM, so the board have agreed to hold a general meeting in the first quarter of 2010 to review and approve them. The next AGM date will then in the first quarter 2011. This will allow more time after the end of the financial year to prepare for the AGM in future.

We are not currently looking for addition shareholders but we do operate a waiting list (with no obligation). If you would like to be added to the list please your name, address, telephone number and email address to the Secretary.
