I'm sure you'll have questions about the prospectus. If your question is not
here please email it to the

| Question:
|
Who are Water Power
Enterprises (h2oPE)? |
| Answer:
|
h2oPE
was established to provide specialist services to facilitate and support
community hydro electric schemes in the UK. They have done all the
design and planning for the project and have provided support and
guidance in the formation of Torrs Hydro. They will manage the project
through to completion and then manage the on-going maintenance contracts
for us. |
| Question: |
I am not local,
is the offer open to me? |
| Answer: |
Yes, the offer was
open to you. |
| Question: |
Where is the
electricity going to go, you don't say in the prospectus? |
| Answer: |
We might
sell the electricity to a local business, but when the prospectus was
launched this plan was at an early stage. The figures in the prospectus
assume we'll get a total of 8p per unit for the electricity, which was
the best quote we had for putting the electricity into the National Grid
at that time. |
| Question: |
What will happen
if you don't get all of the £126,000 you need? |
| Answer: |
We do not raise
£126,000 from the share offer, but we did attract an additional £60,000
in grants. The prospectus talked of having a loan of £25,000 so the
final target was £91,000 which we passed. |
| Question: |
The time is not
right for me at the moment, will there be another opportunity later to
invest? |
| Answer: |
There may be. Keep
up to date with the project, by checking the website. |
| Question: |
Can I give you a
donation? |
| Answer: |
Yes! Cheques made
payable to Torrs Hydro New Mills Ltd sent to Torrs Hydro, 90 Market
Street, New Mills, High Peak, SK22 4AA would be gratefully accepted. |
| Question: |
What it the
Project doesn’t do ahead? |
| Answer: |
If the project does
not go ahead for any reason, we shall return the money to all applications within a
month of deciding not to continue with the project. We know of no reason
why it will not go ahead, we are full stream ahead and looking forward
to seeing the first electricity generated. |
